Summer Leadership Institute

Improving practice, inspiring growth

July 18–20, 2017 in Seattle

Great leaders share a powerful quality: They are always looking for new ways to improve their own practice and inspire growth in others.

CEL’s 13th Annual Summer Leadership Institute invites school and district leaders to take a step back and focus on this key quality.

The institute will deepen your knowledge of hands-on instructional leadership tools and give you practical strategies you can immediately use with your school teams. It will also offer new ideas and insights for transforming traditional professional learning with the ultimate goal of providing equity for all students.

How does leadership inspire growth? Join us at the CEL Summer Leadership Institute 2017 to learn with leading educators from across the country how your leadership and the leadership of your team can inspire growth in others. Over three days, participants will experience inspirational stories of success, practical learning on how organizations improve performance systemwide, and time for collaboration to go home ready for action.  You will leave with new ideas and strategies — energized for the work ahead!
