IMPROVING TEACHER VIRTUAL COLLABORATION
A THREE-PART WORKSHOP FOR SCHOOL LEADERS, INSTRUCTIONAL COACHES AND TEACHER LEADERSHow can leaders help teacher teams collaborate better — while working at a distance from each other and relying on technology?

All sessions of the workshop will be recorded and links will be shared via email. You'll be able to learn the skills and concepts even if you can't be there live for all (or any) of the sessions.

DEVELOPING A VISION FOR STUDENT LEARNING
A TWO-PART WORKSHOP FOR CENTRAL OFFICE AND SCHOOL LEADERS
Would you like to work side-by-side to develop a shared vision for student learning - a vision to guide you as you prepare for an uncertain fall?
We've taken our research-based tools and strengths-based coaching and contextualized it to meet what leaders need right now. The group size will be capped at 25 participants to maximize access to coaching and peer learning opportunities.
Day 1: Tuesday June 2, 10 a.m.- Noon PST
- Gain insights on the importance of a shared vision for student learning (what it is, what it does)
- Understand your role in developing a shared vision
- Learn how a framework helps support the development of a shared vision for student learning
- Assess the current state of student learning and describe your vision for getting better
Day 2: Wednesday June 10, 10 a.m. - Noon PST
- Continue developing a shared vision for instruction
- Clearly articulate what student learning looks like in the ideal
- Identify next steps for leadership and communication

Coaching Community of Practice is a facilitated online community for coaches, designed to give you a chance to collaborate, problem solve and get better together. We’ll form a supportive network for navigating the unique challenges that coaches are facing right now.We'll meet for one hour on Thursdays at 10 a.m. Pacific Time on Zoom.
