Pause to Prepare (3)

Much is still uncertain as the 2020-2021 school year quickly approaches. We've created special summer opportunities for leaders like you to reflect, connect and look ahead — so you can get better and get ready together.

IMPROVING TEACHER VIRTUAL COLLABORATION

A THREE-PART WORKSHOP FOR SCHOOL LEADERS, INSTRUCTIONAL COACHES AND TEACHER LEADERS

How can leaders help teacher teams collaborate better — while working at a distance from each other and relying on technology?

With so much new learning happening so rapidly, empowering teacher teams and supporting their effectiveness is a critical ingredient for improvement.

Join us to clarify your vision and purpose for teacher collaboration, determine opportunities for getting better at virtual collaboration, and develop leadership processes for successful collaboration that supports your team online or in-person.

Day 1: June 16, 1 – 2:30 PM PST
Day 2: June 18, 1 – 2:30 PM PST
Day 3: June 25, 1 – 2:30 PM PST

All sessions of the workshop will be recorded and links will be shared via email. You'll be able to learn the skills and concepts even if you can't be there live for all (or any) of the sessions.

The practices and tools in this workshop will help you get better and get ready right now — and improve collaboration even after you're working side-by-side again.
